SOME THOUGHTS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS

Mega Makeover. Mega Success.
Tesuque just completed a major project on our house. Phase 1 involved demolition of irreparable and no longer wanted window trim from 28 windows, many huge, and the prepping of the resultant cavities for filling in with stucco. Phase 2 involved the application of synthetic stucco over the entire house. The project required two tier scaffolding on three sides and one tier scaffolding on two first floor roofs. Getting rid of the window trim and then icing the cake with beautiful new stucco has transformed the appearance of our house, which we designed to capture sun and view and not to win any architectural awards or to be easy to work on.
We had about 20 friendly and diligent professionals contributing to the success of our project and I wish I had all their names. The project began with the sales manager Bryan who said Yes!, we can do that, when I asked if they could remove the hideous trim. The first person to work onsite was the operations manager Juan who came well before the project could begin in order to repair some patches where stucco had totally failed. He and Andres were the managers of the project. Omar and his crew did the extensive preparation and Javier and his crew applied the new color coat. Tesuque owner Martin came by to check on the project and Ramona kept us informed of all the scheduling and handled background logistics. We thank everyone for a terrific project. At least one neighbor is also thankful for the improved appearance.
And we got a tub of premixed stucco, enough to cover 100 sq ft if we incur some kind of damage over the next 10 years, if we mix in a cup of water every three years. Just like your painter leaving you a can of the paint he used. I recommend you consider synthetic stucco. It smells funny for a few days but it’s got a lot going for it, and so does Tesuque Stucco.

Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time looking at all of my walls and parapets, and explaining all of the various options for addressing my stucco issues on my home here in Santa Fe. I so appreciated his expertise and communication skills. Thank you so much for your time today Bryan!
Excellent Craftsmanship
I would highly recommend Tesuque Stucco Company. Ramona was lovely to work with and Victor’s crew was courteous, punctual, worked hard and did a beautiful job. True craftsmen!!
The stucco work has been completed in a very professional matter and the color matches perfectly to what was already there.
The stucco workers were very professional and the work was completed in a timely matter. The stucco meets the previous color correctly. This was a complicated repair and the Tesuque Stucco worked with us on timing so that we got the electrical issues resolved prior to them coming back to complete the stucco work.
Great experience
Tesuque has just completed the relathing and base coating portion of our stucco project. From project evaluation through the completion of the basecoat, Tesuque has performed their work in a professional manner and at a level of care seldom seen in today’s work world. Victor and his crew have been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I eagerly await the completion of the color coat and will heartily recommend Tesuque for all clients stucco needs.
Matt Mossman, salesman, was easy to work with and worked hard to help us match colors and prepare us for what was involved.
The foreman, Benito, managed the day to day operations was was a delight as was the project manager, Juan. They made a point to keep the yard as clean as possible & removed their trash every day.
The whole process of re-stuccoing a house is noisy and expensive but Tesuque made the most of the process. In addition, the quality of the material & craftsmanship of the workers made us glad we chose Tuseque.

Matt was our representative and was informative respectful and a pleasure to deal with The owner showed up several times to inspect the work and again a very nice man Our site Manager Victor managed a crew of 6 people and made sure to check in and be informative I really Think Victor is a highly skilled technician and nice to talk with. Today they did as they promised and sent Juan to hang my new light fixtures. Juan is a wonderful man and did exactly what I needed
THESE GUYS ARE GREAT
Ashton came out to look at our house and give us an estimate. He was on-time and friendly and professional. He took the time to walk around the house with me, talk through all my concerns, and helped explain what might be going on and what options I might want to consider. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and his willingness to give me his honest assessment.
I would happily and enthusiastically recommend Tesuque for any stucco project. They seem to really care about their customers and making sure they do work that is high quality and will last.
If you’re the kind of person who scoffs at mere mortal concerns like budget constraints and prefers to light cigars with hundred-dollar bills, then Tesuque Stucco is the only company for you! First off, their prices are exorbitant – which is perfect if you're looking to make a significant dent in that pesky oversized bank account of yours.
Now, let’s talk about their work ethic. Omar, Juan, Victor and the rest of the folks take immense pride in their craftsmanship, which, frankly, is quite unnecessary. Every worker is a seasoned professional with decades of experience – talk about overkill! When they worked on my property, they left it so pristine daily, it almost seemed like no one was there. But, who needs that? A little mess never hurt anyone, right?
Their communication is another thing they’ve got all wrong. Clear, concise, and always on point – they kept me too well informed about every step of the process. Honestly, it's much more thrilling to be kept in the dark, guessing what might happen next. And then, the final product – a house that became the envy of the neighborhood. Imagine that! Now I have to deal with endless compliments and pesky neighbors asking for referrals.
Oh, and let’s not forget the overkill of their 12-year warranty. Tesuque Stucco actually believes in standing behind their work for over a decade. Can you imagine? In a world where next year's model is just around the corner, they are committing to a product that lasts. This is utterly impractical for those who thrive on the thrill of frequent repairs and the charm of unpredictability. So, if you're someone who prefers living on the edge with your home maintenance, this excessive assurance of quality is definitely not for you. Why settle for peace of mind when you can have the excitement of uncertainty, right?
In conclusion, if you're looking for a way to spend a fortune on a flawless stucco finish that will make your house stand out, Tesuque Stucco is your go-to. However, if you prefer a contractor who does not take such unnecessary pride in their work, uses inexperienced workers, leaves a mess, hardly communicates, and ensures your house remains perfectly average, you definitely should look elsewhere. Keep those standards low and watch your savings grow – or, at least, not diminish quite so quickly!
